  I just called to ask about ways to pre-pay for a family member to get food. Before I could even explain the situation to the "customer service" desk, the woman was saying "no" and telling me I had to come there. I do not live locally, if I did, I would not be calling. I am 100% positive with the technology we have, there must be SOMEWAY to prepay a gift card... The lady who answered the phone and transferred me to customer service was wonderful, and the supposed "customer service agent" should take some lessons. Now to figure a way to get my starving family member food! Merry Christmas!! I can not believe a business would turn down money!
