- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆March 31, 2020, by Ken SI stopped for a simple question. Store was empty yet Nick seemed put out by my presence. Wouldn't even acknowledge my phone without charging $. I left and went to Verizon store on State St. This store was busy & well managed. Helped with my issue. I bought my accessories at the State St. store because they provided good service. Stay away from TCC for Verizon support. Go around the corner to State St.
