  Sad to say my first ever google review is negative, but i have tried everything to find a helpful person. My experience was terrible. I bought a shop vacuum for our business that doesn't preform and took it back after testing it(testing in this scenario does not mean used, just plugged in) only to be denied, refund, credit towards a larger vacuum or any help at all. They referred to my receipt that showed a 30 day no return policy. I was less than 24 house past that! They said this was a newer policy. I called the 800 number and they were even more unhelpful. I talked to a manager and they were also unhelpful and then in addition the customer response to the email complaint referred me to talk to the store. Our business is more than done with sears. I want to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but when you talk to 6 people and not a single one does anything to lift a finger and even attempt to work with you is insane! I asked, "well what if someone received a gift and decided they didn't want it?" "Doesn't matter the situation " as quick as could be with the reaponse. With a million other options out there, what a joke.
