As many of the previous reviews have stated, I have had many pieces designed, repaired, appraised and sold by Val and Nancy. I never shop anywhere else, and frequently recommend them to everyone I know. I stopped in today for a cleaning of my wedding ring and a check of the prongs on my diamonds, and again the service was outstanding. Welcome Andrew and Jennifer.
