  My mother chose Lola's bridal for my sister's very first wedding dress shopping experience because we like to support local privately owned businesses. Being a small boutique we were eager to have a personal attentive experience. We were greeted promptly, but told to feel free to look at dresses while they finished up with someone else. The lady did not introduce herself nor asked if we had an appointment, which we did. We started collecting a few dresses ourselves. After many minutes I was able to get the attention of another consultant, Courtney, to let her know we had a scheduled appt. She quickly tried to get us a room. After many more minutes she was finally able to to so. She was a brand new employee and was doing her very best to help us. If it weren't for her we would have walked out. Two other women interjected numerous times during the trying on process but then would go assist other customers. The only dresses my sister tried on were what we had picked out. The consultants didn't try to find more dresses for my sister and the two interjecters insisted every dress she tried on was "the one". There were so many people in the boutique that we were unable to sit down for part of our consultation. Thinking that we would have a very personal experience by making the consultation appointment ahead of time we were blindsided by the lack of attention and professionalism that so many other ratings had claimed. My sister was treated like she was unimportant and that she was just any other customer. We left irritated and unsatisfied with our experience. If it werent for Courtney we would have left and given a 1 star rating.

  Lola's Bridal was by far the best bridal shop I visited in looking for the right dress. They are friendly, have excellent service, and have the most beautiful selection of wedding gowns in this area for amazing prices. They were so accommodating when I was doing very last minute dress shopping because I just couldn't find "the one" anywhere else. I found my beautiful dress there and am so happy with the way it turned out, alterations and all. Every time we went to a fitting we were treated with professionalism as they seem to strive to build a personal relationship with each one of their customers. Their seamstresses rock at what they do too. :) I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a bridal gown, you won't be disappointed!
