  Avoid this store at all cost. It isn't a corporate sprint store and they don't care about the customer. Nothing but dishonest people that work in the store Rob Boyes and Tyler Foster the manager. These two feeds off each other. Rob Boyes goes along with his manager Tyler Foster and doesn’t speak up and be honest. I was never given a receipt when I traded in my phones with the google phone serial numbers. This information is needed for the buyback program. Tyler Foster has a scam going. 9/25/17 I gave Tyler my Verizon bill and Tyler Foster never submitted my paperwork. 12/1/17 I went in the store and spoke to Rob Boys and he lied to me and said their company was bought out by another company so I will call you in a couple of weeks to get this straight and this was the delay of getting my refund. What does the selling of Advanced Wireless have to do with the Sprint Rebate? 12/29/17 I went into the store and again I was given the run around. Don't forget Tyler Foster your big sign, the surveillance camera tells the true story of what happen and not your dishonest, scam version. I was humiliated that you would lie to a customer (me) and make false allegations while you spoke to me in hopes I would just go away. Tyler, you can’t cheat customers out of their money and think that this is ok. This is a criminal offense and their needs to be an investigation with charges brought forward. How many other people have you done this too? Karma is coming and going to kick you rear! Tyler said she was the manager of the store and there was no one else to speak with. I said you are the one I gave the paperwork to back on 9/25/17 and told her where she was standing. Was the paperwork misfiled? Why didn’t Rob tell me this back on 12/1/17. Tyler Foster refused to answer any one of my questions, all she did was act like an idiot and kept repeating are you refusing to give me your bill. Every question I asked about my bill Tyler would not respond in the appropriate way. All Tyler Foster would say is are you refusing to give me your bill. I asked Tyler Foster for the phone number of the corporate store. Tyler replied there is a corporate store on Bay Rd. I asked for the number and she refused to give me the phone number and said call *2.
